BeadforLife takes its responsibility for management and financial accountability seriously. The Board of Directors has developed a multi-year strategic plan to guide our growth and program development. We oversee programs, management, and financial policy and position on an ongoing basis. Each year BeadforLife conducts a thorough independent financial audit.

BeadforLife continually strives to improve its programs, and recently participated in an external evaluation of our income-generating program.  Based on interviews with current and graduated beaders, this 75-page report focused on the effectiveness and impact on the women and community.  Using measurable data, specific recommendations were presented to the Board of Directors highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
